The Terminal is connected with total 6 Product Pipelines of sizes ranging from 8” to 14” dia. and 1 Air Pipeline. Out of 7, 2 Pipelines are Stainless Steel for special liquid cargo, 4 pipelines are MS for general liquid cargo and one pipeline is for Nitrogen for Pigging and cleaning the Product Pipelines.

The edible section has 3 Loading Gantries, each having 10 Loading points and 3 Loading Gantries, each having 2 loading points in Edible Section with a capacity to load 36 Tank Lorries. Similarly, Chemical Section has 3 Loading Gantries, each with 12 Loading Points, mechanised with Loading Arms with a capacity to load 36 Tank Lorries. The Terminal is capable of loading 72 Tank Lorries simultaneously at a Time, which is a highest capacity in the Kandla Area.

A state of art firefighting system has been installed in the Terminal(in accordance with OISD 117) having 9 Diesel Pumps, each with a capacity of 475 cum/hr and two jockey pumps connected with a grid of water & foam pipelines, capable to tackling any untoward incident of fire hazard. It is a unique system in Kandla Area. The system is monitored by dedicated team of firefighting team headed by a Safety cum Fire Officer.

A Nitrogen Plant with a capacity of 1000 Cum/hr has been installed for cleaning and purging pipelines transporting hazardous chemicals.

A Boiler of 3Ton/Hr capacity has been installed and connected with the tanks having heating coils to facilitate the storage and loading of products like Fatty requiring heating for liquification.

For weighment of Tank Lorries, 2 Avery Band weighbridges, each with a capacity of 100 Tons, capable to weigh with precision, have been installed, duly certified by Weights & Measure department of Gujarat.

The terminal is covered with the required Electric Power supply. Electric Power Supply also has full backup system of DG sets of total 1240 KVA capacity to ensure uninterrupted power supply to continue all the operations unhindered.

Each and every corner of the terminal is covered with close circuit camera system including all offices. A dedicated security team is also posted round the clock to monitor safety and security of terminal and its Cargo.

A unique unloading system has also been installed for unloading of special liquid cargo like Molasses from Tank Lorries along with special pumps for loading into Vessels for export.

The Terminal is spreads over an area of 40Acres, having ample area for parking and maneuvering of Tank Lorries, both inside and outside terminal.

a. Loading of 10300MTs in 365 Tank Lorries in one day.
b. Loading of Molasses at 650MT/Hr in Vessel for Export.
c. Unloading of 32000 MTs of Edible Oil from single vessel at 800MT/Hr.
